Very welcoming staff.
Friendly environment.
(Parent - friendly too!).
Routine was a bit cupid at first but this was adopted to meet needs.
The initial period of observation was too long looking for help straight away.
Overall. Very good.

I was very involved in my care and was always given notice if anything was to change. Staff very friendly and reasonable with decisions made. Better communication between the staff would be better.

Nothing is great about the sett, it’s an awful place. It made my mental health a lot worse, truly shocking how me and other patients were treated. None of the staff were helpful, the psychiatrist didn’t do anything regarding my care, he wouldn’t listen to what I would say and he did things behind my back. Disgusting!

The initial start was a short but you were honest with your opinion of betray and how long each stage was brilliant you helped her every little step of the way to get in a better safer place and we will continue the good want as a family. Thank you brilliant everything Rutt.
